1. Company Details:
This website is owned and operated by Maker Q Technologies (www.makerq.com). All products are shipped from India.
2. Payments:
All payments are securely processed through Razorpay. We do not store payment card details.
3. Warranty:

Each CNC pen plotter comes with a 3-month warranty.

If any parts are damaged within this period, we will send replacement parts at no cost. Buyer pays shipping charges.

After the warranty, parts are available for purchase.

We guide you through repairs.
4. Technical Support:
All machines come with lifetime technical support. Contact us anytime for assistance.
5. Shipping:

All orders are shipped via India Post/Postal Service.

Delivery time is 15–25 days, depending on destination.

If ordering from outside India, you may need to pay import taxes or customs duties.

If you do not pay customs duties on time and the package is returned to us, we will refund your order amount minus the original shipping cost and Return To Origin (RTO) charges once we receive the product in good condition.

If your package is not delivered within 55 days from the shipping date due to being lost in transit, we will ship a new product to you at no extra cost.
6. Cancellation & Returns:
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. No returns or exchanges are accepted after shipping.
7. Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
